How to sleep better without a pillow

Sleep better with a pillow?
That’s the question some women are asking as they make a conscious effort to wear fewer sheets and bed linens.
While the issue of whether or not to wear sheets and blankets remains controversial, research suggests that it can be a good idea to avoid them.
One study, for example, found that wearing fewer blankets and sheets, even in light- and warm-weather climates, actually increased a woman’s chances of getting pregnant in the fall and winter.
Another study found that a few extra hours of sleep every night could help you get through a full day’s work.
While it might be tempting to put your bed in a drawer or on a bedside table, research shows that the extra time you get to get up and walk around will help you stay focused.
That could mean you can focus on the task at hand instead of worrying about the day ahead.
For some, it could also mean less time spent getting dressed and putting on makeup, and less time trying to fit into a suit or even jeans.
And while this study didn’t ask whether or when people could get pregnant, the findings do raise the possibility that the effects of wearing fewer sheets may vary depending on how much time you spend sleeping, and not just the amount of time you’re sleeping.
For example, one study showed that those who sleep less than seven hours a night have a 50 percent lower chance of getting a pre-eclampsia infection.
Another found that people who slept five or more hours per night had a 50-percent lower risk of getting an ear infection.
And the most important factor in reducing your risk of infection, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, is avoiding the spread of the infection.
That means avoiding the most common sources of infection — a person who is not vaccinated, the spread to others, or a person with a weakened immune system.
So while you should probably avoid bedding or other bedding during the summer, there are some other things to consider if you’re trying to get pregnant.
